This page describes how Loadhalla, operated by Runeteca Technologies LLC, obtains consent to send SMS messages, how recipients can opt out, and what to expect from our messaging program. This policy applies to all SMS communications sent through the Loadhalla platform.
Program name: Loadhalla AI Dispatch Assistant
Operated by: Runeteca Technologies LLC, 242 Paramount Ave, Salt Lake City, UT 84115
Purpose: Loadhalla is an AI-powered missed call recovery service for trucking carriers. When a freight broker calls a Loadhalla-powered carrier phone number and the call goes unanswered, our system automatically sends an SMS to the caller to capture freight load details on behalf of the carrier.
Message frequency: Typically 2–10 messages per conversation. Messages are only sent in direct response to an inbound call and subsequent replies from the recipient.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Loadhalla uses an inbound call-initiated opt-in model. Consent is established through the following verifiable flow:
The initial SMS sent by Loadhalla always identifies the sender, states its AI nature, explains the purpose of the message, and provides opt-out instructions. Recipients are never enrolled in ongoing messaging without actively replying to initiate a conversation.
The first message sent to any caller reads approximately as follows:
This message is sent once per missed call. No further messages are sent unless the recipient replies.
Recipients may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Loadhalla at any time using any of the following methods:
Once a STOP request is received, that phone number is permanently blocked from receiving further automated messages from Loadhalla. This takes effect immediately.
If you need assistance or have questions about a message you received, you may:
Loadhalla does not:
Loadhalla operates in full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy. Our messaging program is registered under the A2P 10DLC framework with a verified brand and campaign.
All opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently. Opted-out numbers are stored and checked against before any message is sent.
