When a phone number interacts with our AI-powered SMS system (Loadhalla), we collect:

• Phone numbers of callers and SMS senders
• The content of SMS messages exchanged with our AI system
• Timestamps of calls and messages
• Load and freight details voluntarily provided during SMS conversations
• Broker name and company information voluntarily shared

When you interact with our website, we may also collect:

• Email addresses submitted via waitlist or contact forms
• Name and message content submitted via contact forms
• Standard web analytics data (page views, referral source)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to operate and improve our services:

• To facilitate AI-powered SMS conversations for load capture and missed call recovery
• To notify dispatchers and carrier teams of captured load opportunities
• To store and display conversation history within the Loadhalla dispatcher dashboard
• To respond to inquiries submitted via our contact form
• To send waitlist and product update communications to opted-in users
• To improve the accuracy and performance of our AI conversation systems

3. SMS Communications & Consent

Our Loadhalla platform sends automated SMS messages to phone numbers that have called a Loadhalla-powered carrier number and reached no answer. By calling a Loadhalla-powered number, callers provide implied consent to receive an automated SMS follow-up from that carrier's AI assistant.

Every automated SMS clearly identifies the sender and provides an opt-out mechanism. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once an opt-out is received, that number will not receive further automated messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on conversation activity.

4. Data Storage & Security

Conversation data, phone numbers, and load details are stored securely in our cloud database (Supabase, hosted on AWS US West). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, role-based access controls, and row-level security policies.

We retain SMS conversation data for as long as necessary to provide our services to carrier customers. Carrier customers may request deletion of their organization's data at any time.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• With carrier customers who use Loadhalla — load details and conversation data captured on their behalf are visible to their authorized dispatcher accounts
• With service providers necessary to operate our platform (Twilio for SMS delivery, OpenAI for AI conversation processing, Supabase for data storage)
• When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
